1 IMPORTANT
In placing an order for a Nettles Cashmere product through this website it is agreed that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
There is no refund or return on SALE items
2 DELIVERY
Purchases ( that are in stock ) will be sent on a next day service within 2-6 days of placing the order, once full payment has been received and cleared. Deliveries will always require a signature. If a purchase is required urgently it is always worth contacting us to see if the product can be sent out sooner.
3 RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product for exchange or refund ( minus original posting and handling cost ), as long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Please contact us at jeanettarh@gmail.com explaining your reason for returning and we will authorise the exchange or refund. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Items returned must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery.

4 COLOUR ACCURACY
Please note that there may be slight differences in colour due to variations in computer screens, printers and inks. We have done our best to ensure that what is viewed on screen is an accurate representation of the actual product.
5 NATURE OF GOODS
All of the goods which we sell are hand made using vintage cashmere , lace, buttons, silks , beads and sequins. Each piece is individual and unique.
